Janine has been a qualified domestic energy assessor since 2008 and has completed and lodged thousands of EPC’s.
Her background is estate agency so is well suited to working with the industry and understands the needs of a house sale and the provision of an EPC.
Meet Kerry
Kerry visits and assesses some 14 properties per week and has been qualified as an energy assessor since 2019. He is able to undertake the on-site survey, compile the report, and lodge the EPC onto the government gateway service. Your EPC will then be a publicly accessible document via the .GOV website.

Kerry’s role includes
EPC assessment for house sales,
EPC assessments for Landlords and Letting Agents on rental properties and the Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards that govern the rental of domestic properties.

Bringing a strong background in education and business process training, Conner joined the family business in 2024 and has since become an integral part of its continued development.
With a keen interest in modern technology and the efficiencies it offers, he plays a key role in ensuring the business remains aligned with contemporary practices within the energy assessment sector.
Conner is currently accredited with Elmhurst for domestic properties and is actively expanding his expertise to include commercial assessments, further strengthening the service offering and long-term growth of the business.
Adopting a methodical and detail-oriented approach, Conner utilises the latest industry tools and technologies to deliver accurate, efficient surveys and floor plans.
